These Terms of Service and Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all interactions, bookings and registrations with Cyber4Directors (https://www.cyber4directors.com, the “Website”), where they are referred to as “Training”, “Talk”, “Consultation” or “Self-Assessment (combined referred to as “Services”). By using Cyber4Directors, any person using the Website (“you”) accepts these Terms and agrees to comply with them.

Cyber4Directors (https://www.cyber4directors.com, the “Website”) is operated by ACOYVIS LIMITED, a UK Limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12647153. Our registered office is at: 2nd Floor, 15 Montpelier Vale, London, SE3 0TA.

ACOYVIS LIMITED will issue invoices for all services incurring a charge as indicated on the Website. Fees are correct at the time of publishing but can be subject to change and are only final after a written confirmation of the service has been issued. Our terms of payment are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice or 14 days prior to the service start date; whichever comes first, unless a different payment plan for the service has been agreed. Prices are excluding VAT (VAT will be charged at the current UK rate).

The following provisions apply to changes to agreed service delivery schedules:

• Cyber4 Directors reserves the right to cancel or alter service delivery dates. If a suitable alternative service delivery date cannot be agreed and payment for that service has already been made, a full refund will be given.

• If you cannot attend to the service or need to change the delivery dates, the following cancellation policy applies, unless otherwise stated in individual agreements: Notice is given to Cyber4Directors 28 – 14 days before the service delivery date, at 50% of the fee; less than 14 days’ notice at 100% of the fee. Cancellation requests can be made in writing via email and will be confirmed by Cyber4Directors.

Cyber4Directors will not be liable for any costs incurred by the delegate unless full confirmation has been sent to the delegate.

Trainings and Webinars

Cyber4Directors will issue a short email acknowledgement on submitting an online registration form.  Please note this is not confirmation of the training or webinar going ahead, this is just acknowledging your request to attend the training and to provide summary details of the training. Personal data collected for training and webinar registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to receiving training or webinar-related communications.

All content provided in the trainings and webinars, including but not limited to presentations, slides, recordings, materials, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methods, are the exclusive property of ACOYVIS LIMITED. Attendees are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the webinar content without prior written consent from Acoyvis Limited.

Cyber4Directors trainings and webinars are held under Chatham House Rule. You are free to use the information and opinions exchanged during the meeting, but you cannot reveal the identity or affiliation of the speaker or any other participant. Recording, screenshotting, or automatic (AI-enabled) note taking during our training and webinars is strictly prohibited.

The information provided in Cyber4Directors trainings and webinars is for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice. All information is provided in good faith however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability or completeness of any information discussed in our webinars.

Many of our webinars are free to attend. Where a fee applies, attendance is conditional on full payment in advance, and we reserve the right to refuse access if payment is not received.” Fees include digital training notes.

Webinars

Webinar registration is subject to availability. Cyber4Directors reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any webinar. A confirmation of registration and instructions for access to the webinar will be shared before the webinar.

We expect good online etiquette during our webinars and any comments that may be considered inappropriate, offensive or in bad taste will be dealt with by removal from the webinar.

In-person Trainings

A full training confirmation will be sent directly to the delegate via email no later than two weeks prior to the start date of the training. Training confirmation details will include details of the training venue, start and finish times and any proposed preparation. Occasionally it may be necessary to amend the training programme or substitute items on the programme for current issues and details of these changes will be shared in the initial training confirmation, or subsequently via email in advance of the training.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided on each day of the training if run from a venue.

Delegates should NOT book accommodation and transportation until they receive formal training confirmation details from us. Cyber4Directors will not be responsible for costs incurred if the training has not been fully confirmed in writing. 

Terms of Use of this Website

The content of this Website is the intellectual property of ACOYVIS LIMITED. You are allowed to print and download from the Website for your personal use, but not for commercial purposes. We are not guaranteeing the correctness of the content, posts, downloads or sources on the Website.
