Integrated AI & Cyber Governance
Our Integrated AI & Cyber Governance for Boards offer is designed to help directors oversee AI and cyber as an increasingly connected governance agenda. Rather than treating them as separate technical topics, the programme dives deep on the points at which board converges: compliance, including data privacy and resilience requirements; risk management, including third-party and supply chain exposure; the implications of an expanding attack surface; and the need to protect AI systems from malicious interference.
Each format is delivered jointly by Simon Poole and Susanne Alfs, bringing together complementary expertise in AI, cyber, and board governance for a genuinely integrated board-level learning experience.
