Her approach is built on deep operational and strategic insight following over 30 years at ExxonMobil, spanning commercial, supply chain, technology, and corporate strategy worldwide, and where she designed and implemented the global cyber resilience framework and governance for the entire corporation.

Recently, she was COO of a mid-sized global trading and shipping company, managing critical risks in an agile setting. Having dealt with real-world crises in complex industrial environments, she treats cyber resilience as a source of strategic advantage.
